Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between MethSpin Entertainment N.V. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, or otherwise utilizes the website located at methspin.us.com ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you are deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted all terms, conditions, and provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, you are required to immediately cease all use of the Website and its associated services.

MethSpin Entertainment N.V. is a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of Curaçao, operating under eGaming license number 8048/JAZ2020-013, issued by the competent licensing authority of Curaçao. All activities conducted through the Website are subject to the regulatory framework established by the aforementioned license and applicable jurisdiction.

This Agreement is entered into upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following: the act of accessing the Website, the creation of a user account, or the utilization of any service offered through the Website. The Company reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Website following the publication of any such amendments shall be construed as unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements between the User and the Company with respect to the subject matter herein. No waiver by the Company of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Access to and use of the Website is granted solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to monitor all activity conducted through the Website for the purposes of security, regulatory compliance, and the prevention of fraudulent conduct. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities may be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, without prejudice to any other remedies available to the Company.

Users bear sole and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that their access to and use of the Website complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
